The self defence program

Please note that you must start with the beginners then the intermediate, then the advanced. The training is systematic and each course builds knowledge and skills so you can move up to the next level. (if you start in the advanced class you will be at a disadvantage).

Beginners

You will be learning:

  • Awareness
  • Attack scenarios
  • Grip breaking and self protection techniques
  • Stances
  • Distances
  • Utilizing power/strength correctly
  • Correct striking techniques
  • Correct kicking techniques

Intermediate

You will be learning:

  • Application of Stances for defensive or offensive situations.
  • Distances for strikes fingers, hands, elbows, knees, and feet.
  • Utilizing power/strength correctly when applying combinations, defensive or offensive situations.
  • Grip breaking and self protection techniques

Advanced

You will be learning:

  • Structured  combinations that combine all techniques; Strikes, Punching, kicking, changing stances,  offensive defensive combinations.
  • Application of Stances for defensive or offensive situations.
  • Practice  strikes fingers, hands, elbows, knees, and feet.
  • Utilizing power/strength correctly when applying combinations, defensive or offensive situations.
  • Grip breaking and self protection techniques
